Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a service you love. Below is our policy regarding subscriptions and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the product dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
  • Annual Plans: If you wish to cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • Exception: In cases of significant technical failure where the service is unusable, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, please email us at support@rkgsolvez.com with the following:

  • Registered email address.
  • Transaction ID (from Paddle).
  • Reason for the request.

4. Paddle's Role

All payments are processed through Paddle. For general payment queries, you may also contact Paddle support.
